Due to increasing supplier costs and in accordance with Article 4.10 of our General Terms and Conditions, we will apply a moderate price indexation to our products starting from March 2025. This adjustment is based on the Customer Price Index (CPI), which has increased by 4.08% between January 2024 and January 2025. However, we have deliberately limited our price adjustment to a lower rate than the official inflation to minimize the impact on our customers. What will change? • A 3.0% indexation will be applied to all product subscriptions, excluding mobile-related products. • Voice tariffs remain unchanged. • For mobile products, a separate revision will apply: ◦ A +€1 increase per phone number for subscriptions of €25 or lower. ◦ A +€2 increase per phone number for all other mobile subscriptions. Face à l’augmentation des coûts de nos fournisseurs et conformément à l’article 4.10 de nos Conditions Générales, nous appliquerons une indexation modérée des prix à partir de mars 2025. Cette adaptation repose sur l’Indice des Prix à la Consommation (IPC), qui a augmenté de 4,08% entre janvier 2024 et janvier 2025.
